This is a great remote don’t get me wrong, however there are at least two different versions of this controller. Of the four buttons two buttons are defaulted which are Netflix/Prime. The differences are Hulu/Disney+ and the other is Direct TV/Peacock. There is no way to tell the difference in the boxes they come in.

I came in ready to buy a laptop. Before shopping, I tried to return a $40 item. The rep said I was past the 14-day window and told me the only way to return it was to buy a $50 membership. I don’t shop there often—why would I pay extra just to be treated fairly? They kept pushing the membership. Even after calling a manager, they refused to offer an exchange or make an exception. So I walked out. I went to the Pinole store. They accepted the return without issue. That $40 item cost your Emeryville location a $1,000 sale. Rigid policies. Pushy upselling. No awareness of customer value. I won’t be back.

Also, switching inputs still requires one to speak command and then set to one of the two available buttons. I can't find a list of spoken Alexa commands.

As for the list of spoken Alexa commands, there are a few different ways one can access this. The easiest way is to simply press the Alexa button and say "Tell me what you can do." This will bring up an onscreen Help menu showing numerous commands you can use. You can also access this through the Help menu under Settings. Lastly, there is an Device FAQ Knowledge Library on Amazon's website that you can use to see a full list as well. When all else fails, you can always contact Amazon Customer Support directly 24/7 at 888.280 4331. I do hope these tips help to improve upon your experience and that you have a tremendous day!
