Just what I needed when I lost my fire TV remote !

I purchased this without fully looking at the description. When I explained my mistake to the employee he, with no problem at all, allowed me to change my order. I thought that was kind due to the fact that I purchased online and we are in a pandemic.

The remote was easy to set up with my Firestick device, since I had lost my first one. I like the voice command feature. The only thing I didn't like is that the power button, on the remote, doesn't work for the Firestick device but for the Fire TV. Might be a bit frustrating but once you figure that one out, everything is all good.

One of my best friends lost their remote while moving. She complained every day. I saw your ad and they were on sale and i got her this rplacement. I spoke with the salesperson and they explain that it would work with the existing fire components. Best Christmas gift.

We lost the remote than came with the tv and was lucky to fine the remote in amazon after trying different ones in the surrounding stores. This remote was a better one than the one that came with the tv. It has hot buttons as well as voice commands.

Unfortunately, this didn’t work for my application. I wanted to use it with a Fire TV Edition and not a fire stick. I will say, however that the quality of this remote seems to be better than that of what would ordinarily come with a fire stick.

We were so tired of the DirectTV crap with terrible reception and storm outages. Now, even with marginal internet we have amazing choices to watch and at a much lower cost. Highly recommend!

The remote was best, but it no longer pairs with my Smart TV for Volume and Power of my TV like the Universal aspect of the original remote. It is extremely over priced, since I could buy a completely new Firestick for around the same price.

the fire stick adds a really great benefit instead of having to purchase cable it allows you to use your Wi-Fi and use applications to bring in different formats and functionality I love it

My 1 year old grandson his my Firestick remote that after 6 months of searching, I still haven't found it! This remote is identical to the original and was less expensive on Best Buy's while than on Amazon's. Works perfectly.

I got used to the compactness and lightweight of the remote that I don't even want to go back to any other remote for my tv / firestick & as mentioned in the summary the added power and volume buttons make remote a 5 star.

Our old remote stopped working. We were forced to buy a replacement. The negative is....it's $30 which is crazy expensive. The extra volume buttons which the first gen remote didn't have are an awesome addition.

We had lost our remote and needed a replacement. This worked perfectly! And, now we have the added bonus of volume controls right on the remote (we didn't have this before.) Very pleased.

This is absolutely an essential device if you're using something in the Amazon ecosystem. It's great that this remote is standard with new devices. I kinda wish the price was cheaper, but this gets me across the finish line.

Of course, Best Buy is the place to go. Picked it up and had it at home within the day! Thank you for being there for us. Not many places to go pickup on the day you need something! Awesome!

Best Buy made this purchase easy! I was able to purchase for cheaper than on Amazon, and was able to pick up from my local Best Buy same day! Honestly what’s not love about this purchase!

I bought it as a replacement for my remote for my Fire TV Stick. The voice activated aspect of the remote was sort of irritating at first. When I yelled to get my dogs to quit barking, the show I was watching paused.

It was much quicker to get the replacement remote from Best Buy than from Amazon and it was a few dollars cheaper as well. Curbside pick up was very efficient. Worked perfectly.

I hate Amazon, but I have to put 50 characters in this review to get my 25 bonus pints. The first remote stopped working so I had to buy a new one, for a few more buck, I could have bought a whole new fire stick.
