The product is very good and of the highest quality. I would highly recommend this purchase to anyone who's in need of this item as a replacement or simply to have an extra one.

Does not work with 1st or 2nd gen Fire TV boxes, hence the average rating. I do know someone that has a new 4k firestick which has the same remote and it works well with the stick and the tv volume/power.

Amazon Fire Stick replacement for the original damaged remote. It was a little difficult to pair with existing fire stick. That is the only reason why I have it 4 stars.

Put the original thru washer. Glad I did. This replacement is a far better remote. The only complaint I have is it is hard to open to place batteries in, a known problem they seem disinterested in solving.

I misplaced my original Amazon remote during a move. I ordered this one online. It was easy to connect with my TV/Internet. The added Alexa voice remote is a nice bonus.

Easy to use and set-up. I did buy a case to go on it as it is kinda made cheap. This is a replacement one because my other one cracked by one of the buttons.

My mother has trouble switching to input hdmi 1, but once there, she loves the firestick. She has an older flatscreen but if she ever needs to replace it, it will be a smart tv so she wouldn't need the firestick.

It was easy to set up and connect to my prime account. I love that you can pair it to your tv for control so it eliminates the need for multiple remotes.

These remotes go fast at our house. My hound/beagle mix has eaten nine of them. This one is number ten. If she eats it then I think I’m just going to go without tv.

This remote works just as expected. It has a few more features over my original but mostly its just more reliable. I do wish it had an input button for the TV instead of just power and volume.

I have replaced all 6 of the original remotes in my house with these. Alot less clutter. Also now my wife has her remote and I have mine in our bedroom......she still manages to loose hers hourly

We love having one remote. Turn on tv and volume on remote is the bomb diggity. We highly recommend getting one. When the budget allows we will get one for every tv in the house.

Didn't work for my daughters TV because the internet had disconnected. So, I really wouldn't know if it works or not. I would still recommend it to others.

I bought this to use with my Nvidia Shield. Works great with no problems so far. I hate the volume slider that is on my Nvidia Shield remote, so I'm glad this remote worked.

I would of gave it 5 stars but I thought the cost of the remote itself was way too expensive. Just $10 more you can get the whole set with the fire stick.
