not a good replacement

The first one I bought had to be replaced the same day because it didn't work. after testing it Best Buy replaced it. The replacement only turned the TV on but the rest of the buttons did nothing. I just put it in a drawer and bought a different remote.

Unfortunately, this stuff didn't work even after spending endless hours reinstalling and booting the remote with Fires tick. The next day I had no option but to return it to the nearest Best buy outlet for refund fearing I may still face same issue.

Broken

So later on, when I got the remote to connect, it refuse to stay connected. It does not acknowledge any input on the remote. I did everything under the sun, to get the remote to work, but it refuses to work so I gave up, and Returned it.
