I still can’t get it to connect with my tv. Nothings worked, I’ve tried all the YouTube videos and nothing connects

These remotes break very easily! We had to buy 5 of them in the last 2 years! No, we don’t have small kids and we’re not ogres. The buttons are sticky so you can’t use certain features and we found the refurbished ones we tried to buy online were also broken so we had to keep buying new remotes. They only last a few months. And the older models don’t have the app buttons on them. This particular remote was purchased in July 2020 and broken by January 2021.

I was going to use on a separate tv, but it did not come with the connectors (which I had gotten from Amazon). Disappointed . I’m having to buy piecemeal.

Did not work with my insignia fire tv. Had to buy an insignia fire tv remote

I thought I was ordering a fire stick and instead I ordered a couple of remotes and I’m very disappointed because now I stuck with them and can’t return.

It didn't work for my TV! Do not recommend! I set it up and after returning a previous remote this didn't work either.

I can't review this item as it was an item I had cancelled and should have been refunded for. Apparently I was supposed to get a refund but it looks like the store never closed out my order and never refunded me. I supposedly picked up the order 2 days later!! It was not me who picked this up as I wasn't even in the country!!! I left the next day after I returned this item and bought a new firestick that same night.

I was not able to connect the control to my tv it would not sync tried several times to connect

These things are cheaply made. Only last (ironically) 1 year which is the same as the warranty... replaced 2 in years. Went back to Roku

Bought and won’t link with tv it won’t connect all it does is blink

We purchased this remote to replace another remote we lost. We tried to pair it to our fire stick and failed, multiple times. When we called customer service they said we needed the old remote to pair the new remote. Huh??? If we had the old remote, we wouldn’t have purchased this remote. !$&@“%#* Now we can’t return it because it’s passed our 14 days.

Doesn't pair with tv. Followed instructions perfectly and it still didn't work.

Stopped working in less than a week. Changed batteries twice and it still would not work.

This is a replacement remote. It was confusing on bestbuy.com that it was NOT the FireStick and the remote both.

I hope this one last longer than the first one I bought. I only had it for a couple of months and the buttons quit working.

Didn’t work with Amazon gen 1 tv. It would not pair , this remote is for newer amazon products.

This remote burned through batteries then stopped working

I was told by numerous people that it would work with a sharp roku tv. It did not.

I love having a Firestick but haven’t had luck with the remote controls. They stop working after a short period of time. I don’t like that the remote control is almost the same price as the Firestick so you might as well buy another Firestick. Haven’t had a good experience.
