It wouldn’t pair with my Insignia 2018 fireTV. I tried pairing it for 4 days before returning it and ordering another one that was made for Insignia and Toshiba fireTV.

He was not very knowledgeable at all . That's why I hate going to the Taylorsville location lots of incompetent workers.
