Pleased With Geek Squad -- Not So Much With Store

I just wish you didn't require appointments to bring in a device for service, and then also to pick it back up. Also when I tried to call my local Best Buy (Jackson, TN) all I got was a message saying that the location was not accepting calls and I could call an 800 number. I wanted to check on my computer which was in for repair. But, Geek Squad does a good job, and I am pleased with them.

Has limitations that I never thought of until this quarantine time and kids found school work from home. Keyboards are important if you’re going to use these to do schoolwork from home
