    But alas! I should have known better. There is no autonomy from Amazon. We could not get most of the apps we wanted on this for my grandmother. So I returned it for a Samsung tablet, which gave us more latitude to run the apps she most wanted.

    I find my new Amazon Fire tablet to be slower than my old tablet.When I am in the middle of doing something, the screen goes black and I have to restart it. When at times I try to use Alexa I'm told to turn my tablet on when it is already on. Annoying
