I bought this as a gift to my mom. She loves it, she admires the large screen size and the ease of use.

Replaces an older competitor. Faster and quicker to charge. This has become my go to tablet. Hate the ads but they are only during startup.

I bought this for my kids to use for distance learning and it is much faster and easier to use than our old iPad.

Really great tablet for the price. I've gone through many Android tablets and still own an iPad. This tablet is much thicker and heavier than the others but the battery life is excellent. It appears well-made and less fragile than my last Lenovo tablet (which was really terrible). The screen is more than decent. I easily downloaded the Google Play Store and now it is nearly unrecognizable from my other tablets. Other than the bulkiness, it is a really good tablet that I would recommend to anyone not needing the power of a Samsung S tablet.

It’s great at going what I needed it for - reading books, including library books, during Covid-19 shutdown. It’s also handy for simple stuff like checking email and social media. Web browser isn’t great. Doesn’t have as many apps as AppStore or GooglePlay. If money was no object I would’ve bought an iPad. But for the price my Amazon Fire HD 10 is great. It does exactly what I wanted for very low cost. Buying process was great too. I ordered online from Best Buy. Got notification almost immediately that order was ready. I pulled up, texted them that I was there, and they brought it right out.

I'm writing this review using the Fire HD 10 right now! I had bought an iPad, but realized it was more than I needed. I wanted something to stream movies from Netflix and Prime, get on FB and read email. This is perfect! Only complaint is that u can only use apps from the Amazon app store, so some things I couldn't use, like YouTubeTV. Otherwise, fantastic!!!

Got this beast on sale for $99. It’s fast and battery last forever. Best of all 1080p screen for $99 can’t beat that.

After our Gen 3 IPad would not support a number of apps we started our hunt for a replacement. In comparing the Fire vs IPad we found the Fire to have more apps and services for our needs verses the Ipad. An the price difference was a big factor too allowing us to get more storage and process power. We have been extremely satisfied with the Fire and would highly recommend it!
