Great picture, but freezes

I have only used it a couple times, but noticed it freezes sometimes while playing Netflix and I have to exit out and start it up again. It is also very difficult to change settings having to do with Kindle. I did not want the recommended books on my screen and could not figure out how to get it off, so I had to email the company. Great picture and huge screen though.
