Good basic tablet

Though I do not have any issues with this tablet, it's the piece of mind. I have one for my little girl which is the kids model and with no questions asked they have sent me three (two replacements my fault, one my little) replacements for different situations. It's nice to see a product being backed like this, kind of reminds me of my Craftsmen Tools!

Great store, great Geek Squad

We traveled to one close by to pick it up then take it to GeekSqaud same store for setup, When we arrived the store had lost power during a rain storm. There was a short wait but all went well. Better than we thought it was. Thanks to all the personel working to get everything up and running again.

Great for use with tv apps like Netflix, Hulu, Spectrum, etc. The ONLY issue is that you can't download shopping apps like Macy's, Best Buy, Walmart, etc because this is an Amazon device. Other than that...it a fantastic tablet for the price!
