It is very nice and easy to get a new tablet my son who is autistic depends on that they exchange it for another one and if they don't have one in stock they order one and within a couple of days he gets one delivered to the house

for those of you that dont want to spend the money on an ipad this is a good entry level tablet for beginners or children .it runs reasonably smooth and if youre not picky with slightly longer processing times this is the tablet for you

Sales associate was very helpful in advising products to be given to an elderly parent. The help was very much appreciated by our family; especially the individual who is already connecting with other family and decreasing social isolation.

I purchased it after school closed so that my kids could do their work and had to return it due to the apps that they needed couldn't be downloaded. Google meet was the main one that we needed and for whatever reason it couldn't be downloaded on Amazon tablet.

Wish the screen was more square like Apple and wish Apple was on sale sometimes. A real sale worth your while. Also, the tablet covers for the Amazon need to be more comp price wise. I got mine online through Walmart. Anyway. .....Thanks!

Great graphics. Overall very nice. This tablet has ads on the start screen. We have other Amazon products, one of which has the ads (paperwhite Kindle), just didn't realize this one came with ads. They aren't that big of a deal just a little annoying on your front screen before you log in.

Reasonable price. My son loves to play games on it.

Very older folk user friendly lol. My mother in law likes the simplicity. Screen gets bright. Font is big enough. Very durable, she breaks everything but it’s still kickin almost 2yrs later.

I like the Fire tablets. They are fast and reliable.

It's not an ipad or samsung, but it gets the job done if you just need the basics. I surf the web (fast internet), listen to Spotify, watch youtube, and read. I like that I can remove the blue light at any time. Great price for the features.

I love the Kindle Fire and am on at least my 5th one. My only complaint is that my battery usually fails after barely 2 years. However, the new versions are always better than the previous versions. The price has also decreased since I first started using the Kindle. It is super easy to manage my email and online purchases.

I bought this tablet for my 3 year old daughter and she absolutely love it! She is able to verbalize commands to Alexa, I’m a firm believer if you have a smaller child at home these tablets are a good investment

My granddaughter loves She has learned how to download games and she really enjoys playing with it and it’s not freezing up on her or telling her it cannot download a certain game of course unless is out of her age bracket.

I purchased this for a developmentally disabled friend of mine to help her with using the internet. She needed a little help at first but after showing her the steps to use it, she loves it! it was and easy and great entry level device for her.

It's good for the price. I've had 3 kindle tablets since 2012 and they usually last around two years. The usb port gives out when it's time to replace. If you want to play a lot of mainstream games you might want to go with Android or Apple but it's good for watching videos and stuff.

This is my second Fire HD tablet. It was purchased as a present for my wife. I love this tablet! I mainly use it as an e-book, but the versatility makes it great for gaming, watching videos, and browsing the internet.

My wife and I like to use these tablets for browsing and reading and our kids like the gaming apps. This purchase was a replacement, these tablets have about a two year lifespan but they were used extensively on a daily basis.
