an amazing little tool to fight off boredom. while I only use my device for streaming services (Netflix, hulu, Disney+) it has the power and ability for much more like E-books and games.

Amazon makes a good tablet. The Android OS is fine, but if you want the ease of us and simplicity of an iPad better to save up for that.

Got this for my son and he loves it. He plays games and watches videos on it. Also does some of his school work on it.

Bought as gift for father-in-law. It is a bit complicated for him to get comfortable using. Availability was great, service was outstanding.

I bought and returned 2 Kindle HD 8 Plus due to video play issues on Amazon prime. I was uncertain about buying this but I got Geek protection. No issues. Love this Kindle.

Last only about a year as to why it is so cheap. Rather off better with an android tablet for kids

this tablet is definately well worth the purchase price. its user friendly and has many apps that are compatible with the mac book pro.
