2019 upgrade, but don't notice a big difference

Never had that happen to my 2017 Amazon Fire HD 10. Everyday I get a freeze and I end up putting this out of my eyesight and go to my ALWAYS RESPOSIVE Laptop to use instead of this. Amazon voice working on this is sketchy at best too. This one was a bust on my part, but the best thing is, I got another charger for my cell phone, since an obvious upgrade was a C USB type they employed to this from the old inferior usb plugs that always went in wrong. But It's Definitely worth a hundred, not ONE PENNY MORE. Get it on sale, or tell them you will not spend over 100.
