I like this tablet by Amazon. Works well looks good.

So far, only con is that it does not work with Nook.

Bought this for my senior mother. She is not good with electronics and lives in another state. There is no app that will allow me to log into this remotely to help her when she has problems. I would not recommend it for seniors for this reason.

I didn’t realize that I can’t download apps that are available on my iOS or Windows devices to that tablet...Only Amazon apps...Want to use several business apps I need but can’t...

Price great. Works well for what it does. I returned it because applications limited. No YouTube TV, ADT Control and lots of ads were deal breakers for me and returned.

We have decided to return it because it started bombarding us with ads right away. It wanted to get us to sign up for Amazon Prime. Annoying.

Always have been a fan of kindle products but this particular model does not hold a charge as well as my older model. Would still recommend this product but wish they would bring back the quality of previous models

I bought this on recommendations I saw on the web. However the information about the ability to access Google Play and other non-Amazon related sites was outdated and that loophole has been patched so only Amazon related sites can be accessed. The graphics were good, the battery was long lasting while reading from Kindle and with one game, but overall I ended up trading this for a Samsung tablet of the same size in order to get access to Nook as well as Kindle books.

I was moving my books from one Kindle to another via a SD card. Download to laptop, transferred to card and then loaded card to Kindle. It took a week for me to be able to see the books in the new Kindle.

This is a good tablet for web browsing/shopping and simple games but the luck of a decent camera to take sharp pictures to put on eBay made me return it and paid a little more for a Samsung tablet

After attempting to log onto a creditor site to make a payment resulted in questionable "auto action" by my Fire HD of overtyping my site login id (which is also my email address) and attempting to turn it into something that looked like a sentence, I decided to use a different device to access my bank account. I tried multiple times to input my login and each time the FireHD overtyped what I typed. NOT cool. Will never attempt to access my banking accounts using my Amazon FireHD. LOVE the gaming on the FireHD.

Buy it only for media consumption everything else is gonna be worse. It cant handle intense browsing with browsers so just alright for media.

The tablet would not consistently turn on. Would be fully charged and still not start. When finally started, it might shut off randomly. I will have to send it back to Amazon.

This tablet still lag a bit while scrolling and using normal multiple apps, did not have smooth experience even though its 30% faster. But good to watch movies and videos as the display is better

Wifi range is not good. Streaming services lock up and have to close out of app to get it to work again. Then it locks up again.etc... Every time you turn on the tablet there is an advertisement. I want it to go to my home page not seeing GIECO ads on something I own. Best Buy store 417 (Novi, MI) is worst customer service. Not helpful, little to no stock on items, Sales Manager was rude and was not helpful.

The device is a bit difficult for an older person to master. Also, seems a little slower due to the processor than hoped for. No other current complaints at this moment.
