Grandson enjoying his, we need to take granddaughters back to store keeps freezing and won't let her down what she wants

I bought this for me..but I did not realize it was too small for me....so I gave it as a gift and she loved it.

Not easy to navigate. Had to call for help many times. Had to factory reset once and they were still unsure what was wrong.

was pretty good at first, then is started to slow down quite a bit. even after clearing cache.

I bought this mainly to use for reading and low power mobile games. The interface lagged really bad and almost every game I tried froze. The plastic backing is thin and feels like it will break with any drop. You also have to pay $16 to remove ads from the lock screen. It did have decent audio quality for the price though. I ended up returning and spending a little more on a galaxy s6 lite.

I like the product but have had problems with Amazon tech support when I tried to restore my account transferring my data from my previous Fire tablet because the battery would not recharge. Amazon would not repair it and neither would the Geek Squad who said they were not qualified to repair this product.....therefore I am giving only a 2 star rating.....no more....

Could not get the apps that I wanted. Returned and purchased an Android.

I bought this as a gift it was on sale but she had a it for a few weeks and it just didn't work out, so we return it.

The size of the screen for this Amazon Fire Tablet is definitely a great selling point.

Great price, however, it has its limits. Very slow processor, too m any built in ads

I purchased a Kindle end of December as a late Christmas present to myself. A couple of weeks later, it stopped doing Word Wise, where it would define a word in the text. That is why I took it back. I could read the book on the Kindle app on my phone, so I didn't need the physical Kindle.

Battery doesnt last long especially if you have a echo dot or show at home it automatically comes on draining battery

Did not like this tablet. Made more for kids. Did not like the way it worked.

It is an "Amazon Product" that runs on Amazon software and has access to "Amazon Apps". We are not "Apple people", and we are not "Amazon People". We feel like Google/Android give us more options to do more of what we want. I didn't have it an hour and realized I didn't like the layout of OS. If you like Amazon products you'll probably like this tablet, it just wasn't for us.

I didn't realize google access was not on here. Although there are many features, its just not what I expected.

Good ipod for kids nd easy for them to use at all times.

The size is fine, battery life decent. I don't like the advertisement always up on my screen.

For it being for children the screen is NOT built all that strong screen cracked in less than 30 days

I was replacing my apple iPad, thought this would be better ... I returned this and bought another apple

It doesn't have the "premium" look and feel like ny iPad but it serves its purpose.
