This tablet broke way too easily. It took a small drop off the best and completely shattered and broken from the inside as well. I guess if you get it, just be very careful with it.

I should have known by all of the red flags prior to purchasing this product that this would be a bad idea. Unfortunately, I ignored being made to wait for the item to be shipped to the store when I was physically at the store at it was clearly in stock but because it was Black Friday it wasn’t available for I store pickup with the other items I purchased that day. The dealbreaker for me turned out to be the lack of having the Play Store built in. Yes, I’m aware that you can manually install it yourself but the few apps which I needed to work.

Amazon is ok with having a add pop up every time you wake up the tablet. I will be taking it back.

How many times d I have to send in a review of the last disaster of a delivery. That's right I have done so several times... So for the last time the whole delivery process was an amateurish total disaster that I will not have to endure in the future. The review is based totally on the delivery of the product, but not surprisingly that part of the purchase is NOT mentioned in the "help us break it down" section below. Since I have not heard anything back from Best Buy I can only conclude you don't care!!!!!

This tablet is only good for some basic streaming and not much else. It has very low functionality but if all you want to do is watch YouTube, it will do a basic job.

Was a good price but the thing won’t accept any ft cards after I had it a month .( yes ,even ordered the ones Amazon said would work )

It lags a lot or the app I’m on shuts down. But when it does work it’s pretty nice I usually just use it to watch Netflix now which works very well.

I messed up! Didn’t realize this tablet had the ad’s that interrupt usage. Its very annoying. Totally my own fault, would recommend you do not buy.

I thought replacing my Android with a Fire would be a nice up-grade - WRONG - Android is a lot easier to use and FIRE charges for a number of Apps that were free via Android - for example - Ring Door Bell app - cost for Fire - Sonos not supported no Bose headsets. Went back to my Android . Returned the Fire one week later

It is extremely slow. Good for a kid...but not for an adult needing quick and some transitions from web site to website. You get what you pay for, I guess.

I got this as a replacement for my daughter's Samsung Galaxy tablet that started losing battery power. I The tablet itself is fine but I didn't even think about the apps being completely different and she doesn't like the kindle at all. And since it connects to Amazon (obviously) she managed to purchase a ton of games. My fault because I thought I had set up parental controls properly but apparently I had not. We prefer Galaxy and iPad for our tablets.

Don’t bother getting Amazon fires any more, they can’t compete with Samsung, much less apple. Very child friendly.

Honestly I did not like it because for you to change pages you have to go back from the top otherwise you can’t do it and it doesn’t even let you close it, it only put back to the previous page Is not it like the iPod or android were is pretty easy to do it. The bottoms is also very disappointed, I have to keep pressing them over and over so they can do the proper function. I’m kept it because I couldn’t returned it on time.

The device keeps wanting to turn off while you’re watching a show on YouTube or your own photo album. No setting on the device can fix the problem.

Found it very limited. Weird size. No good YouTube app. If all you want is to view Prime video it’s ok, but not for much else.

Alexa doesn't work with Skype. Poor quality display, no Play Store apps, mediocre design. Spend a bit more for the base model iPad.

WILL NOT OPEN THE ATT NOW TV APP IN BROWSER AND HAS NO APP FOR SAME. GOOD FOR MOVIES JUST OK

I've had this for about 7 months and now I am having issues charging it. Not happy at all. Do not recommend.

The tablet felt cheap, the operating system is not good.

When i bought it i got 1 charge out of it and a plastic peace onthe charger got stuck vcant get it oit still under warranty
