Very difficult to use. Does not move from one screen to next without lots of jocking around. Wish had never bought it.

My Kindle keeps shutting down in the middle of doing everything ..very frustrating...wish I could return

Appears to be closed end to end. You have to use only the software amazon will allow. Plus they are always uploading more of their stuff whether you want it or not. Became so frustrated with it initially, I barely use it now. It’s probably great if you want to use it as a babysitter for your kid(s).

Amazon charges 50 bucks less. No way to get best buy on phone. Got no receipt either after curbside pick up.

I have bought 3 of these and they are all broke within a year. I refuse to buy anymore.

I’ve had the Fire HD 10 for a couple of weeks now and I have to say I am extremely impressed. I also have an IPad Pro 11 and I”ve directly compared the two. In almost every case the ipad shows better speed but shockingly not by much. The Fire 10 is also very fast. The screens are both beautiful. The fire has a beautiful screen. I did use an app to add the Play store and its services. Now I can download pretty much every app I have on my ipad including the MS office, Google suite, Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, YouTube TV and more. All of these apps open very quickly. I also installed some games including COD mobile and they all run great! I added a Bluetooth keyboard, mouse, and speakers and I do a lot of work on here. Three things I like better about the Fire are one that I can add a micro sd card, I also like that it has a clear all option so I don’t have to swipe every app to close it, and finally, I can add music and put it into playlists without iTunes. I got this when it was on sale and it’s one of the best deals I’ve ever had. Very impressed.

Lasted less than 9 months, this is just another poorly made and terrible product made under the Amazon Brand. This will be the very last Amazon made product I will ever buy. I have been a loyal Amazon customer since 1996, But I have cancelled my membership.

You can not use anything but Amazon apps. For me, this makes the device unusable

Great for purchasing amazon products, but it's a terrible tablet. Lags constantly and can't do minimal things I need it to. Got it for $100, but I didn't think it was that good. Never know until you try right? Ah well...

Does not support Android apps or Google playstore.

Very disappointed a little over a month old, and already giving me problems. I am a 56 year old adult, and the only one using this device and I got a message 2 times that there is moisture in TBE charging port. I only use this in my living room, NO WHERE it can get wet.
