Spent 3 hours on Friday and 3 more on Saturday on phone with 2 different Amazon technicians trying to register device. Finally they told me it would not register to take back to Best Buy for replacement. This I did, Have not tried replacement. Don't know if it will work or not. Will try soon

Gave it as a gift. My daughter still cannot get it to accept her credit card to download anything. So I am debating on returning it. As it's worth less if she can not down load anything. So no I am not happy with it . It's not easy to use as advertised.

Had it since October already having issues. Screen glitches so do games. Would not recommend. I have so many older 7 inch ones that work great not this one. Will contact Amazon since it is past the date to return to Best Buy and see what they can do.

I lucked out in this as the screen cracked when I applied a screen protector without pressing down or applying any pressure. It just cracked down the middle. Returned it and didn’t get to give it as a gift to my son.

I purchased this gift for my mother in law. It was fine until it stopped charging all together. We are going to look into why this is happening. We will return with either an update or confirmation of a bad charging port.

Poor screen resolution and very low camera resolution. You’d think that Amazon could do better but unfortunately not. And on top of that, it’s made to serve Amazon by making you sign up for an Amazon account and use only Amazon approved apps.

What a piece of crap -- The charging port stopped charging 3 months after I received it. Just seems like EVERYTHING i buy off best buy has to be returned or thrown out because the first one did not work.

I brought the 10inch tablet on 12/22/20 for my granddaughter! It goes out frequently! I can’t return because it’s past the date! So I have to make an appointment with Geek squad! I wouldn’t purchase again

My new Kindle was given with no instruction and there was much tooth grinding as I tried to reach service, I am 75 years old and the frustration level was very high trying to get the Kindle started. I must return it.

Can't stand it and should have paid the money for an I-pad. Difficult to get the screen to open and stay on, Changes things while you are working/reading etc. Hate it.

I bought the Fire HD tablet and it worked fine for a few weeks, but now it shuts off by itself and I have to restart it and sign it again. I'm very disappointed and will probably end up returning it.

If you are looking for a tablet to browse the web with, I suggest you buy something else. This tablet crashes regularly. In addition it is really slow to load apps and web pages.

I do not want anything to do with Amazon. Lots of apps loaded that I will never us. So I had to do a factory reset and I have not turned it on after Amazon Prime was preloaded. Make me very sad.

This thing sucks. It doesnt always connect to wifi. Its slow. Aps freeze and i had to go through 2 tablets before i got a working one.

Was not happy with this. My son watched YouTube for maybe 10 minutes and the screen went black and would not come back on. Had to drive 45 minutes to return it.

This store gave me a cracked tablet & won't take it back. I was told this was the last one & now I see why. Happened with a Nintendo Switch Lite as well. Same story.

Even on sale it's not wroth it poor build quality felt like screen was coming off all of Amazons tablets are junk now the last best one was back in 2007 after that poor quality

Useless tablet when the stupidity of Amazon locks you out of your account for unusual activity when that was just trying to make two different purchases.

Not what it is hyped up to be. Font is way too small. My Samsung tablet navigates the Kindle apps/books better than Amazon who make/sells the Kindle
