Salvation for book lover

With a simcard and kindle you can carry stories, information, whatever and as much as you like. If you have internet access, you can access thousands from your "library." Otherwise, it is whatever you have downloaded before. Makes life more pleasant when you have to wait or sit through something boring.

The screen was huge compared to what he started with (7" tablet). He's now switched over to an Ipad since Santa brought him it this past Holidays but he definitely enjoyed the Fire Tablet. I will be the new owner of said tablet and plan to enjoy it more than he did.

Where is the instruction manual.

Oh how I wish it came with an instruction manual. I grew up with instruction manuals and miss them. I am sure there is one somewhere on the internet. It is just not that simple to operate. I have been trying to access books on line and purchase some. Not easy to do and not able to acess all the books from my Kindle unlimited account. Pretty discouraged with the unit.

Unfortunately every app that I want to download on this tablet it's not available due to it being Fire OS and not the Android OS that everyone uses. It's a fine tablet but very limiting on what you can put on there. 3.5/5 stars

Bought the Fire HD 10 with extra San Disk 64 GB memory card. Could not be any happier. Inexpensive, durable and lighter than my older Ipad. Great for everything. Not worried about breaking it like I was about my Ipad.

I love the kindle fire 10

I pay bills check bank accounts and read and listen to books. I've never played a on line game I prefer crossword, candy crush etc I do my emails and use my Alexa app to control lights etc.
