Customer Svc and my New Kindle

Yesterday, I returned it and the gentleman was so helpful for the exchange. The only problem I have with the new Fire Kindle is the script is not as large as the old Kindle which makes it not as easy to read. Otherwise, I love it. Both of my Kindles are used regularly. Why charging one up, I can read on my other one. Kindles are so much better maintaining your books. Don't have to carry a stack of books on a trip. Have it all on my Kindle.

It is not as useful as my iPad, but then it didn't cost as much either.
