Always Reliable

I still have my first one which is smaller but the ones in between met untimely demises; one in the pedicure spa basin and the other has many cracks in the glass but works. Kindle is so reliable and my new white one with sandstone cover is pristine. Just wish it was lighter, but the convenience of Alexa and the great book choices make up for that.

Purchased as a replacement

I already had the 2017 version so decided to go with the upgrade version and give her mine. Was able to transfer almost all apps. Had old set up be able to d/l apps from the play store(you can look up how on the net). One of the apps I use all the time would not work on this one correctly I'm guessing due to the slight differences in OS. The unit itself is good, but kind of disappointed Amazon locks out the Play store and does not make it more compatible.
