My 4th Kindle and must say is by far the best. Speakers are excellent and backlight has been improved with the 2019 release. Price differs throughout the year, so keep an eye out for special pricing.

All the basic stuff that you want a pad for at a reasonable cost. This product, like most Amazon products, is tethered to Alexa for world for high functions. That world does not always cross function as seamlessly as Google or Apple devices.

This was a Christmas present for my wife and she loves it. The screen has great resolution and everything works great. We got it set up and she's already using it to read an ebook.

Just absolutely love it. My grandson and me always take turns on is when he is over. It’s the best Christmas present that I’ve have got in the past year. Thanks again love it

Easy to download books, movies and series to be able to watch your favs when wifi is not available. Sound is a bit "tinny".

I love, love, love, this tablet!!! Before the kindle, I owned Barnes and Noble nook. To now say I own a kindle, has taken my love for tablets to a whole new level!!! S. Toles

Pleasantly surprised @ it’s functionality. It is a comfy fit when in use, Not heavy nor awkward at all. Still exploring all its features.. While Considering weening away from the Apple Fatigue.

Got this for my father and he loved The only thing was the set up wasn’t the easiest Was a little frustrating but other than that he loves the product and he is not the greatest at technology devices so glad this worked out

Great device for kids. Do not like that if the password is forgotten or another child uses and guesses password too many times. The device can be wipes clean.

I love my new Amazon tablet. I can do everything I want to on it. The screen resolution is terrific and so is the sound. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

This is an excellent product. I've only had it since Wednesday and I am really enjoying it. Can't wait until the instruction book comes out in April.

I ordered the Amazon kindle Fire, I am very happy with my purchase. It is great for my needs, such as e-mail, Instagram, Pinterest and a few other purposes.

I think this is ok. I've always had a laptop and I had issues with using it. Had help from my family and am enjoying it now. Nice not having a big laptop in my lap.

Great value used my reward points and saved 20 dollars. Got the item in great condition was delayed one day. But over all no problems

After reading that this runs games well (Minecraft, Roblox, etc), I got this for my daughter’s birthday as a cheaper alternative to an iPad. It does run games well, good for a 5 star review. But I’m not impressed with how it’s an add platform from the moment you first power it on. Adds on the lock screen, “parent control features” that in a very misleading way sign you up for paid services, etc. Depends what you need/want... I love my FireTV stick but I’m at a point in life where if I were to do this purchase again, I would strongly consider going with an iPad.

It's okay but not really worth the price. The tablet CONSTANTLY freezes. & it goes out in about a little over a year. I bought a second one after my first went out but that one went out in about a year too. It's better to just pay for a $400/$500 tablet that will last longer & have a better performance. It will be cheaper in the long run & far less frustrating.

This is an on outstanding tablet. Received promptly and works great. I am very happy with this tablet and it does all tasks efficiently.

I had to immediately return this tablet. I bought it for someone else who doesn't have an Amazon account so I had to make one for them so they could use it. After that they were required to put their credit card info into the device just so they could download FREE apps which is ridiculous. This version has ads on the lock screen which costs $15 to remove. Again, ridiculous. The build quality feels good in the hands but the software is too slow due to it only having 2GB RAM. Again, this was for someone else who is not too tech savvy and the version of Android that is implemented in this is not user friendly at all. I get that this is a budget tablet so we didn't have high expectations but it feels like one big $150 Amazon ad.
