We purchased this tablet for a family member that loves it

Seem to work good but it had wrong operating system for my application.I returned it to store

the product seems good, but instructions are virtually nonexistent! Is there a phone number I can call for information? I purchased an extended co0ntract, doesn't this entitle me to any instruction? There is no button to activate the keyboard, so I can't type in any codes to activate anything! HELP HELP HELP!

Tablet is ok. Hard to uninstall apps on it. Otherwise its ok

Good overall product. Would recommend to someone. I have three smaller tablets too.

Came in a timely manner. Wife is pleased with this product.

Gift for mom who is not fully tech savvy and she can work it.

Never believe BB on next day shipping.. or any time frame. EVERY order ive placed has been delayed. Their inability to providevany resemblance of a time frame should not be trusted

I suppose it may be a decent product, but It is hard for an older person with smart phone knowledge to manipulate.

Very disappointing response on this tablet. I am finding that it is very much slower than touted. My 4 year old Fire tablet is faster. Maybe I have a "lemon".

not the quickest tablet, but works well for video streaming. usb-c the main reason to upgrade to keep cables at a minimum

I don't like that 5here a limited amount of apps availabe for this product. Disappointed

This as only used a few days, dropped and done. Not good for young kids. Better for older kids that can control the drops. I did not do enough research when I purchased this for my six year old grand daughter. But Best Buy to the rescue and I was able to get another tablet.

My 3rd Fire tablet, the worst model to date. Repeatedly freezes, unable to work with VPN (unlike previous models). Does not turn off Alexa even after you go into settings and manually shut it off. Volume control does not control message/pwr sounds. Would not connect to internet when amazon shopping account was interrupted. Absolutely the worst piece of technology, I have ever owned

My first tablet is this Amazon Fire. This is a very hard tablet to install apps on. Unless it is an Amazon app you cant do it. Its also a very slow tablet. I can do everything 3 times faster on my phone. I will never by another Amazon Fire tablet. Totally not happy with this tablet. Sometimes when trying to go back to a different app it will not coperate. I have turned it off & 2 hours later it has turned itself back on. It uploads first thing when its turned on everyday. Its just hard for me to use.

Fire 10 Won’t turn on in other words it’s dead and not quite two years

I don't know what to fo. I have hardly used this just for movies. The screen has 3 light distortions on it. It's basically not even pleasant to use and did not last but over a month without problems. Please help!!!!

I would have given this a 0 stars if I could. I opened this item CHRISTmas day and it was damaged I only saw lines and never got to turn this defective product on. My son was hurt on Christmas by this and now I have to return this item on Dec 26, 2020. I am disappointed.

This tablet was defective, I returned it. This is the 2nd fire I've purschased and have decided that to go with a differant brand.

This stopped working less than 2 years after I bought it. A lot of money for something you don’t use everyday and it stopped working ☹️
