    Poor quality means Amazon makes out like a bandit when you buy one of these and 16 months later the power port comes loose and you get told it can be fixed for about $10 less than what you paid for it new. Other than that, they are nice to have about and can do many things that you would otherwise use a computer for.

    the product seems good, but instructions are virtually nonexistent! Is there a phone number I can call for information? I purchased an extended co0ntract, doesn't this entitle me to any instruction? There is no button to activate the keyboard, so I can't type in any codes to activate anything! HELP HELP HELP!
