Slower Than Much Older Version

Not good for young kids. Better for older kids that can control the drops. I did not do enough research when I purchased this for my six year old grand daughter. But Best Buy to the rescue and I was able to get another tablet.

Wish i had never made this purchase

Repeatedly freezes, unable to work with VPN (unlike previous models). Does not turn off Alexa even after you go into settings and manually shut it off. Volume control does not control message/pwr sounds. Would not connect to internet when amazon shopping account was interrupted. Absolutely the worst piece of technology, I have ever owned

The Screen has a bright bright light in it.

The screen has 3 light distortions on it. It's basically not even pleasant to use and did not last but over a month without problems. Please help!!!!
