I can't personally comment on the Echo as a purchased several of them as Christmas gifts for my niece and nephews. But what I can say is that everyone was excited to received it.

I enjoy the radio and listening to the different pod casts offered. It is a great product and I will be buying a second one in the near future to place in another part of my home.

I love Alexa and don't know how I lived without her. She can control many things in my house including my ceiling fan! I love her reminders as well.

This device works well with an Amazon Prime Music or Spotify account. It's also good fit getting news and weather. It's not as good as Google Home for asking it to look up facts.

I bought it for my wife so she can listen to music in the bathroom. I hear her using it all the time. Happy wife happy husband.

The more I use and read about the Amazon Echo (2nd Generation) the more pleased I am with my purchase. Alexa cannot answer all my questions but, as she says "I am learning." Sometimes rephrasing the question helps. Alexa helps by giving facts on the day in history. She will give me the up to date weather forecast to begin my day.

We bought this for my 90 year old father who has mobility problems. He loves the convenience of being able to request information without having to get up or to type into a computer

I bought this for my mom as a Christmas gift. She LOVES it. She has upgraded the outlets and lightbulbs on her own throughout her condo. It works perfect. Now I want one for me:-)

I went into Best Buy in Bradenton, Florida. This Best Buy was great, clean and friendly. I went to purchase 2 Echos for Christmas. Nowhere...and I mean NOWHERE ! had the Echo in stock...except for Best Buy ! I purchased 2 of them just in the nick of time (Christmas Eve). Holiday Saviors. Thanks again Best Buy for pulling through.

I love my Alexa! I use it in my house and play music for my doggies when I am gone!! I also love listening to the morning facts!! I have even moved it out in my back yard when I entertain!

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend and have since bought 2 Echo Dots and the light bulbs as well. It's a great convenience and we learn something new to do with it everyday.

Despite what people said about Alexa, I absolutely love the convenience of it completing simple task! Does some weird things from time to time, but overall great product!

the item looks good works just fine but my issue was when i was trying to return it due to i no longer want it I had to wait for the other item to come in even though the other item was for free had to still wait to return everything. so basically nothing is for free even if it states it is for free
