Liked at first the newness of this. Seems to not understand my commands, plus in the middle of the night if I have a white noise playing, Alexa says something about not being able to connect or something... it always wakes me up but I can’t remember what is said. Not good for a full night of undisturbed of sleep.

We’ve enjoyed Alexa so far. We have amazon prime with the music. If you are not already amazon subscribers, it might make sense to go with a similar product from a different company.

If you've bought in to the Alexa universe, then you will enjoy this device. The speaker is not as good as the 1st gen Echo, but it's still pretty good. The overall aesthetics of the 2nd gen are definitely superior to the 1st. If you can get this on sale, it's definitely a great buy!

My daughter loves to listen to music and do her homework in her bedroom. The Echo is used not just for music but to ask questions and as an alarm clock to get her up in the morning.

Purchased this speaker for my wife for Christmas and she loves it. Really cool and convenient. If you purchase it around the holidays you can get an even better deal

My Amazon Alexa is perfectly working and connected to all device and appliances in my home without any stress as long as my internet is okay

added this one to the kitchen, Along with 3 others throughout the house. All separately can communicate with each other and leave memos. Love it.

All the Alexa features are great but the sound is just way too muffled. The Echo Show has much better sound. If you are wanting to listen to music in multiple rooms get something else. If you don't mind sound quality app on ease-of-use get this

My kiddos love how they can play whatever music they like at anytime. But I do feel like it does record my conversations. It will just sit there with the blue ring on. Weirdddd

Bought this for my girlfriend for Christmas and originally she was skeptical, but loves it now. She uses it all the time and is looking forward to hooking up a couple dots with it.

Best way to listen to music. Subscribe to Amazon music for $3.99/month and you can listen to anything. Move it from one room to another without having to set up again.

I am enjoying working and playing with Alexa. You are her a question , she has the answer. I'm going to set up another with some light that can be controlled by her.

It's fun play trivia, asking questions, and playing music. Most all of the time she is very helpful in her answers and not "testy". Very even tempered. :)

I was so upset when I couldn’t figure how to connect this speaker to my phone via Bluetooth. After looking on the internet and Alexa app I found it. You have to enable the Bluetooth connection by switching it on the app. There are no buttons or switch on the echo itself
