This has mic better quality than the previous generation. I think that is works nearly perfect and especially on the everywhere group.

bought this for my mom and step dad for Christmas and they are not very "techy." they set it up with ease and abolutely love playing games with "Alexa"

Works really good! Except for my daughters name is Alyssa and when ever we say her name Alexa answers for her.. lol

It is still a good product but the sound quality is not as good as FIRST gen. In the other hand the microphones are better in this 2nd generation. Everything else works as expected. As a personal preference I missed the manual way to raised the volume from the previous gen.

Never thought this woild be such ahreat product for me, however now I don’t know how I lived without it fir so long!

I love this Amazon product. I didnt realize how much I would use it until I actually owned one. I now have 2 different Echos in the house.

I bought this for my wife and she loves it. Primarily it is used for music. I don’t s not give 5 stars because you have to pay for a music service to have the connect. Also iTunes music does not work unless you just connect by Bluetooth. I have not connected our nest yet.

The echo are great and convenient to have around the house. They give you access to a lot of services and features in the amazon ecosystem as well as other ecosystems (Apple Music, smart plugs). I returned this because I recently took a look at the privacy aspect of putting a monitoring device in my home. I opted to buy an Apple HomePod because of the way they handle data requests.

Amazon Echo works pretty good for listening to streaming music. It has good volume control. It picks up my wifi very well.

Just when you might expect there could be little left to enhance, expand, improve, etc,,...along comes the second generation of all features. Nice.

Alexa is as everyone should know by no extremely handy with all of it voice commands. But to be honest I wind up playing Skyrim on it the most.

This is our first venture into the world of Alexa. She does somethings well, cannot do some of the commands. Those items she does well has changed how we do some things in our household. Grocery lists and listening to music, are two just to begin with.

This was our first exploration with Alexa and it was a great one. Be careful, we bought this and now have alexa devices in almost every room

I was not big on these type of devices but now that I got one for christmas that changed. I love how it pairs with our sonus and other home devices.
