The setup was easier than I thought it would be. I was up an running and asking questions within 20 minutes if not less.

We now have three Alexas that are connected. They work either independently or connected throughout the house.

song selection can be better but they are available for subscription. other then that, excellent product. very satisfied

My grandson loves asking Alexa to tell him a joke. At age 5 he does not always understand the joke but laughs anyhow.

The Salesman and display model were what sold me on this product for my Father who is in a Memory Care Assisted Living Facility. I thought this would be a great companion for him, where he could ask all kinds of questions to receive responses. However, it was a disappointment with the Facility because there's not enough WI-FI to reach my Father's room. They told me they were going to upgrade the WI-FI reach this September, so I'm waiting to see how that goes. Other than that, I think this will be a great product that my Dad can have some fun with, as well as a companion. : )

The Alexa was a big hit and used by all members of the family. Also excellent when we needed help with our trivia game!
