Fantastic smart unit that can make your life a little more hands-free with a nice speaker to boot. If you have kids, this little guy can entertain for quite a while not to mention help with a kids story to read to them before bed. All in all, a pretty good speaker with Alexa enabled tech and a good handful of apps (skills as Amazon calls them) to get a little more info into your life.

I need to with with this more yet, it's definitely not as seamless to get Alexa skiing what you want or answering questions as the company would like you to think. I get as many non-answers as I get answers or actions that were requested

Alexa makes kitchen time fly by with tons of music at our voices command plus a timer and not to mention her smart home connectivity! Alexa is a grand slam in our home!

I bought this to be the foundation of my home automation setup. There are so many things you can do with this device. Looking forward to continue to learn this product

I purchased this for my wife for Christmas, partly to allow her to listen to music around the house, partly to get more use out of our Amazon account. It has excellent sound quality, and besides playing Amazon Music, my wife also uses it for up to the moment news, traffic and weather reports. It has easily integrated itself into the household routine. The kids also love asking it silly questions...

Works great easy to install great price instant information when needed

I had the original Echo and now upgraded to this one, The sound quality seems to be about the same but its a great sound coming from that small of a speaker and I just love all the information I can get from Alexa, weather, jokes, etc. I have my Alexa connected to my lights, I play my Spotify through Alexa. I am still learning new things to do with the speaker every day, I am very happy with this purchase

The Amazon Echo is a great device to use with Alexa. It is especially useful if you have several smart appliances in your house. Add Apple music and listen to a variety of music for a low monthly fee. You can listen to your favorite radio station, play interactive games with your children, listen to podcasts, and they are adding more each month. It is a big sound from a small unit.

Was going to opt. for a HomePod, but decided on this beauty instead. Inside and out, it has everything a smart speaker should have in 2019, with exceptional sound quality to note most importantly. Based on the deal I saw here and a follow-up purchase says a lot about its popularity in my opinion. This speaker lives up to Amazon’s reputation for quality based products.

I bought this item for my daughter who loves music more than anything. she listens to music using this more often than not. She wanted the smaller one but I opted for the larger one for better sound. I know that I made the right choice. The funny thing is that she uses the cheaper items more than the expensive items I purchased. I can honestly say that she has enjoyed the Echo.

Simple setup and you're ready to go! Once you set the Echo up, there are infinite uses, including the easy integration of home automation tools, such as lighting control, thermostat regulating and just about anything else you can think of that uses WiFi. Once you begin using it, you won't know how you lived without. In addition to being a household tool, it is also a lot of fun!

Fantastic sound from a fairly small device. Looks great in the living room.

When I first heard it at a Target store I was hooked. The Echo is amazing. Great sound. I love the ability to link with The Bible app and have Echo read my daily Bible plans or any chapter or verse. Also, since I have a Pandora subscription I can have Echo play anything on Pandora radio in addition to Amazon music. The Echo makes a great addition in the family room.
