I love the Echo. Good sound and easy to use. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I needed quite a bit of support from Echo to set it up.

I love my Amazon Echo. If I'm working on paperwork and need a spelling, I just need to ask away. And the weather forecast is always available. Etc.

Truly love this little machine. Bought 4 small ones and the bigger one for us. Just wanted to try it to see how it would work. This has been great, the music is clear and you can get any kind of music. Love playing sports jeopardy, the jokes she tells. Can get the weather and traffic report before leaving home. Great machine. Would highly recommend.

Bought for my wife, shes been asking for one for months. I never saw the attraction. But that's changed, love this item. Does more than i thought.

This is our 3rd echo in the family. The speaker is more powerful than the previous version. But the voice recognition is so much better than the Dot. It understands my 4yo even with food in her mouth. We use it in sync with bluetooth lights, plugs and cameras. Its good to have around esp when you hands are full and you have to turn something on. There's alot of skills you can add to our echo to customize it to your liking. I like to have mine play morning radio while i'm getting breakfast ready. Its a good tool but security still looms in the back of my head.

This not only looks great but it sounds great. Easy to set up.

I decided to go fully automated, by getting the Echo in the living room first. I liked the echo so much I have 3 Echo dot's. The best feature is the music and creating your own play list. I have one of the dots hooked up to my bose speakers in the backyard. Ordering from Amazon couldnt be easier and a little dangerous. Great purchase

Overall a good device the sound for music is good for this size and it picks up my voice commands very well. You can even change out the cover to give it a different look. While I am not an Alexa fan I need to support it so have to keep up. My dislike of Alexa not withstanding this a good device. If I include my opinion of Alexa this would get a two. I just don't like the way it is implemented. If you have the skill and whoever programmed the skill did a good job it works just fine. Thats a big if though. Most of what you find is half baked software and skills about a cat in a box.

Dad has been wanting one so i surprised him with an echo. Love thstnif something happens he can have alexa call 911 and he loves asking it jokes

I bought this to provide background music in a room not covered by my home's sound system. The Echo does a great job! I was very surprised by how good it sounds considering the price I paid. After using it a while I discovered the benefits of Alexa, and since then have bought more Echo devices to spread throughout my home. Highly recommended!

I bought the Alexa after talking with friends who had the dot. Because I like to listen to music, the full size Alexa was a better choice for me. She did not disappoint! I was able to listen to Christmas Music throughout the holiday season and continue to listen to other music. She can answer questions and give inspirational information. I like having her around.

Excellent product. Fun to use, a bit of an issue configuring your location for weather. Would appreciate a more detailed Users Guide for Alexa.

This is a great Device to have in the kitchen, lets you set timers while you cook and also use to turn on lights and of course listen to MUSIC!
