My older model "died", went to Best Buy bought the newer model. Don't use Alexa a lot, but when I need her she's there. Love Alexa!

This little device has so much functionality with setting up your home automation and it works with no issues to been. A+ on look and design as well.

I usually use it as a radio and for getting everyday information. Will use it as a smart home device in the near future. Great features.

First echo I’ve purchased so I’m not sure why ppl are saying first generation is better. However, I enjoy this one a lot. I like how you can select different “skills” to your preference. Very responsive. Nice sound and bass when playing music. Superb clarity. I’m happy

It's not a Bose, but this is a quality speaker for under $100. I wanted a smart speaker that would also fill the room and sound good, and this didn't disappoint. Set up was easy as I already had an Amazon dot (but even that the first time around was pretty basic).

One of the best purchases , can be used as a Bluetooth speaker as well. Sounds great and my kid loves to ask Alexa all sorts of questions

Received my Echo from my son's for Christmas. The grandkids love asking questions and requesting songs. It keeps them quite occupied.

Use it for trivial questions a lot. And bought the outlet to turn on living room light by asking Alexa. Sometimes we say things that trigger Alexa to speak but never used her name...still not sure whats up with that. Like the ability to play songs easily.

Love Alexa, This is my first time having this device around the house and having it play music or checking up on the score from local team.

Purchased as a gift and it was a big hit. Quite easy to set up and the sound quality is great. Would highly recommend as a gift for anyone.

If the information is available on the internet, Alexa can find it for you! She also plays music from online radio stations & from your personal playlist that you upload to Amazon. However the number of songs you can upload is limited if you don't have a Prime account.

Got rid of my bulky reciever and all the speakers, didn't realize what great sound it has

Bought my first of two echoes as a Christmas gift. Provides great things in conjunction with my prime account. Wish I had done it earlier.

She and her whole family love this gift. They use it all the time. My 6 year old granddaughter asks it questions all the time. This is the best gift.

I bought this for my brother for his birthday, and he absolutely loved it. Is a great gift because it can be used almost everyday for multiple uses.
