It’s kind of difficult to set up when you first purchase and you HAVE to have the Alexa app. First it says it needs to memorize your voice to only recognize yours but everyone at my house talks to it and it works soooo... lol overall cool tool.

Haven't used it yet. Bought as a Christmas present. Time will tell. We wanted one after experiencing our daughters which works great

This device is more than just an Alexa device. It's a fantastic speaker (small, but loud and clear). The Alexa functionality is great, but again, this thing is extremely well made, nice looking, and performs admirably. You won't be disappointed.

I was impressed with the amazon echo. She plays games, answers questions, settles debates, and music. We have thoroughly enjoyed this product.

This Echo device plays music and sounds great. I also use it to control lights in my home with inexpensive add on receptacle plugs.

Getting Alexa up and running was very simple. A small learning curve is needed when speaking to it, but you get accustomed to it.

This Alexa speaker has worked flawlessly. Charcoal fabric is nice touch. Small enough not to be too conspicuous.

This was my "go to" gift for a friend and he LOVED it just as much as I love my own. Will definitely buy more of these as gifts !!

I purchased this for a non techy person and she loves it. Easy setup and ease of use. Good companion for someone that lives alone.

Bought this to replace a gen 1. I think the sound is better and the fabric seems less like a price of electronic in the room.

I love the echo. It was easy to hook up to my network. It works wonderfully with a smart plug that I use to control my living room lamps.

After Geek Squad installation, Alexa was in use immediately. My husband is legally blind, so it is a great convenience to us both.

Great sound I purchased this to go with another one I had. Set them up in a Stereo Pair and the sound is great.

I have had a dot, the 1st Gen Echo and a Sonos One. The 2nd Gen Echo provides sound much better than all but the Sonos.

We love our Alexa! So easy to use. Wonderful sound quality when listening to music. Fun when the grandkids are there asking her questions.

what is not to like about this unit. Much better than the dot. Great sound and great feedback. got it on sale and is a great buy!
