    As compared to original echo, this one is more attractive and less intrusive. A couple of nitpicks - Volume ring had been replaced by Volume up and down buttons and speaker doesn't seem as good.

    We have echo dot 2nd gen throughout the house. This has significantly better sound but the voice recognition isn't as accurate as the dots.

    I enjoy listening to my Sirius XM and other radio programs on my Echo. The only downside it that it is lower in tone than my Echo Dot. The Dot is more treble and this is more bass or muffled treble.

    I love this. I was using a bluetooth speaker prior to buying the Echo. I use it daily and I plan on buying another. I only gave it 4 stars because I wish the speaker were a tad better.
