I'm very impressed with the sound from such a small thing. It hooked up easily to my Fire TV Stick for much improved TV sound. I find accessing all of the settings in the Alexa app somewhat confusing. It seems to have occasional wifi problems even though other devices in the same location are strong. Finally, I'm struggling to get used to talking to to my devices plus, my wife keeps answering.

Easy to set up and use, very helpful and has great sound! Definitely worth the purchase.

Setup is very easy, sound quality is good, and works great as an external speaker for my Roku tv.

Love this thing! We went with white and put it on top of our white cabinets in the kitchen. We can still see the lights when activated. It can hear you commands from pretty far and from other rooms. Its nice to have music playing quietly in the background when cooking or hanging out without the clutter of it being on the counter. It is small enough though for the counter and does sound pretty good for music.

I love my high quality echo with incredible base. I previously had upgraded from my echo 1st generation. I now experience new base and clear music without a problem. Alexa helps with me daily.

Excellent product with easy setup and good sound and response to commands.

Great sound, especially with 2 in the same room. The only problem I've encountered is keeping them in a "group". Every time I create a group, it works for a while and then I encounter an issue with "network error" and both won't play at the same time in sync. I have to reboot everything...modem, wireless router, both echos to get them paired together again. Frustrating. That's why I bought 2...so they would both play together for the stereo effect. I hope I thought I had resolved the issue...NOT.

This is a great Smart Speaker, Easy to setup and simple to use, great quality and sound.

My husband loves this home hub. I hear him talking to it all day. He enjoys the myriad of features it comes with. He uses this daily and no longer uses his Apple HomePod. He uses the Echo to control the smart items in our home, such as lights and sockets. Echo places orders on Amazon for him. The sound is premium and has lots of bass.
