    Had To return my first one, it would periodically stop responding and I needed to unplug and plug back in. Have had the replacement for several weeks now and had it stop responding once but generally works as designed. Very good sound compared to first generation echo.

    Excellent addition to Alexa family. Just wish they didn’t change the design so much as it doesn’t match others. Good if starting from this gem though.

    Definitely improved sound coverage than the previous generation echo since I can hear the songs/podcast farther in my home( at the same volume level), The controls being positioned on the top is a good touch, however my only gripe is the texture of the speaker surface catches little bit more dust.

    Mic is not sensitive enough. Have to repeat commands or speak louder than normal. This mic is no better than the earlier versions. The sound is awesome when playing music. They need to add a mic level adjustment in the software settings.

    I never thought I would enjoy home automation this much. I can control my ceiling fans, light switches, thermostats and my security system with voice commands.
