    Bigger than I thought. Very straightforward. Purchased it for my grandma to help her streamline some entertainment stuff so she doesn't have to get up all the time.

    Excellent item but Alexas voice is a bit muffled compared to our older dot which has a crisp "in the room" voice. All in all a good value.

    I had the 1rst gen one when it first came out. I think she got tired of me talking to her so I'm regifting her to a family member and upgraded to this one. She's excellent. She hears me talking to her the 1rst time so I don't have to repeat myself and her sound quality is phenomenal. She rocks.

    This is the quality you would expect from an Amazon product. Has a lot of what you have seen in previous versions of the Echo products, but improves styling. Sound seems the same to me to previous generation, but that’s fine with me. Microphones seem to work better than in the past. Two thumbs up!
