Hey Amazon Alexis really nice I would like my own separate Hub but together with the Amazon Alexa bizhub is more than what I need I would definitely recommend it to a customer it's an average for someone starting out and most people who are novices is great in the last year for at least 3 years that's speaking of the Hub

Decent sound. I bought this to use with Sengled Bluetooth bulbs but every week I had to pair them again which is a hassle. Alexa always bugs with small extra information "Like saying By the way you could do this & that" Even though I have enabled silence options and minimal replies.

Order was filled promptly, and salesperson was very friendly.

Stereo quality is just okay, but I guess it is okay for the price.

Works pretty well. Better than the 1st gen. Echo. Only complaint is it always switches from my Pandora music acct to Amazon Music and I don't have a amazon music account. Kind of annoying.

so far it does the job, it definitely picks up voice better.its pretty large though

Would have a higher rating, but was not easy to connect to wi-fi.

My Echo 3 was the best. It was loud, very understanding, and it just worked. I’m finding myself repeating commands constantly as it doesn’t understand hardly anything. The speakers don’t seem as loud as the 3 and it can’t hear you if it’s on maximum volume. It’s okay, but Amazon could have done better with this one.

Application for this item initially was not listed as a choice during set up. I called for online help assistance which was a waste of time and frustration

This was a nice upgrade from our plus verision. Looks nice and has good sound. Set up was a little frustrating but it works now. Alexa has a hard time answering from the right place

Will worth it if purchased on sale. Good value for the price.
