I previously had the Echo Dot and wanted to get the Echo for obvious reasons of better sound quality. I'm really impressed by the sound quality difference between these 2. I'd recommend buying the Echo to anyone who listens to music, period!!

The Echo 4 is actually beyond my expectations. It is physically fairly heavy, the quality of manufacture and finish is good.

I made this purchase as and upgrade to my Echo Dot. This Echo is great. The sound is good, but not Hi-Fi. But then again, I wasn't expecting it to be. Echo is very responsive and superior to its competition. Plus you couldn't beat the sale price.

With this Echo there is one in every room in the house. This one happens to be in the bedroom and provides various sleep sounds with good quality and clarity. Further more I can get the weather reports before getting out of bed. Maybe it actually helps in the decision to get out of bed.

Bought this as a gift for my dad, he absolutely loved it. He’s not a very tech-oriented person but he did figure out how it works, and now he uses it on a daily basis!

I love my echo! I have 2 smart bulbs, a smart plug & a smart TV that are connected to my echo. The sound is pretty awesome too. I live in an apartment building, so I never really turn it up past 50% and the bass is pretty intense even at that level. From the photos, I thought it would be the same size as the echo dot - it's way bigger!
