I love the sound quality. Great introduction to the Alexa ecosystem.

I love Alexa. It’s great but this device is not like the old ones. It has great sound quality with amazing bass. My problem is the microphone. I have it a small bedroom and it has such trouble hearing me. Without any music playing I find myself having to say “Alexa” more than three times and then it listens. It’s great and all, but I feel like the microphones are worse than last gen.

This is my first Echo product and I love it! Turns on my lights when i walk in the room, plays music using Amazon music, links up to my firestick...its sound is actually better than my beats pill! Love this echo 4th gen

Great sound for a little speaker works great with the voice

Excellent. My son is very happy with his Alexa. He gets up and plays music, sets alarms, turns his lights on and off, or asks her to change their color.

My new friend, although we got off to a slow start. I had trouble connecting it to my light bulbs, but when I finally allowed permissions things have been working well. Love the sound quality and Alexa treats me well. Looking too buy another one for bedroom when I see another deal.

Very pleased with this purchase. The echo is a handy and convenient addition. I wish i would have purchsed sooner. I would recommend this to anyone interesting in incorporating a sleek addition to their musical entertainment and other additional features. Great purchase!

It is even better than I expected. Sound is great. I am so impressed with it. An unbelievably wonderful addition to my life.

The speaker on this version is a big improvement. I was not able to make smart bulb that came with it work. So that may take a little studying.

Excellent product sounds easy use all my house and my patio

This has the best speakers so far from the Alexas I own granted is been the most pricey too but worth it.

Excellent sound, Alexa still sucks at recognizing words though. In all this thing is LOUD.

We have four of these around the house. Sound is good for the price and it’s nice to be able to create groups to play music throughout the house.

Purchased the new Gen 4 to replace a Gen 1 Echo. Love the new Gen 4. Sound quality is excellent. A vast improvement from the Gen 1 in every way. Also like the new round look as opposed to the tall cylinder Gen 1. Prices have fallen a lot since the introduction of the Gen 1 years ago. Highly recommended!

Love it, best purchase ever. I can set up a timer, ask to play music anything I want to heard!

It is very useful, it helps me in my daily tasks, it helps me remembering all my pending and organizing my time very useful and recommended

I am listening to it now, out on the patio where I have poor radio reception for classical stations. But this, linked to my WiFi means I am free to enjoy the music. If I am tired of classical, I can ask Alexa to play whatever. And it has great sound for a small package at this price.
