I replaced my original echo which was the taller cylinder type. This model has much improved sound and I really like to listen to music when I'm reading or just sitting around. The sphere shape also looks better on the shelf.

The sound quality is excellent. Doesn’t respond to command well . Nice design

Very cool to have. I didn't know how I would like this but actually really love it. We use it for our music, really good speaker for a gathering, check the weather and can talk from another room on this.

It is definitwly an upgrade to the 2nd generation echo dot. The sound quality is leaps and bounds better. Now, music has bass and can be turned up loud enough to hear it in the next room. This is a solid upgrade!

Great sound. Useful features. Just perfect for my four-season sunroom. This replaced a first generation Alexa speaker.

Amazing device. has great deep sounds. exceeds my expectation on loudness. i was thinking it wont be as loud for my large living room but i was pleasantly surprised

Doesn't have the bass I thought it should have, but I can hear it better as I move in and out of the room especially when I am try to hear the news. I like the fact it has an internal temperature sensor!

Wow, talk about nice sound. Much better than the echo . This thing has bass and it's super loud. Looks cool too , so glad they made a premium sound version because the other version doesnt bump this good .

Great medium size speaker. Love how I can ask Alexa to play different types of music. The new speaker speaker arrangement makes for great sound. Only need a power cable and an Internet for it to produce beautiful music.

Surprisingly good sound for such a relatively small and inexpensive speaker. 10/10 recommend.

I have owned the echo for a couple months now it’s a pretty great product has a Bluetooth speaker and just a speaker in general I purchased the Google audio the same day and returned the loser of course my main focus was for sound quality and the echo one that category for me but in terms of functionality in my opinion Google is much more interactive and capable

Purchased this for a speaker to place outside while we swim. We use Amazon Music Unlimited so we wanted an Alexa to steam with ease. Sounds quality is actually really good for such a small speaker.

Very happy with my Amazon - Echo (4th Gen) with premium sound, smart home hub with Alexa - Charcoal. The sound quality if very good for the size. Would purchase another and highly recommend this product.

A good looking product that does what it is supposed to do. Sound quality is not excellent but nice for a small room. Alexa and smart home features are addon to make it a good purchase

The speaker in my old eco dot started to break up when playing music, this one sounds great!
