Blends with any decor. Great sound. Easy to use.

Sound quality is great as is voice recognition. It's great for a living room or any larger room without taking up much space at all like a large speaker would. The sound is pretty powerful and clear. With an Amazon Prime account, I don't know why the Alexa app every so often tries to sell a subscription to various other programs. We had to buy a plan for access to a larger music library. The Alexa app can be minimally glitchy like any app, but for what you get, this is worth the price.

Our 2015 Echo is still working fine, but we decided to treat ourselves to this 4th gen Echo for much better sound, Alexa+, and the built-in eero Wi-Fi extender. Best Buy had the best price making it an easy decision to upgrade.

I have been a user of the Alexa devices for years and I decided to upgrade the one in my living room and was surprised by the difference. The sound quality is noticeably different and far superior. Also, this is cuter than the old tower style. I definitely recommend.

The speaker is clear and works well. I like the way it works with my other devices.

Purchased this Alexa as I needed a Zigbee hub after Samsung discontinued support for SmartThings, had outlets and plugs that were Zigbee. This unit found the devices and added them without any issues. Can control them just like before with SmartThings. Sound quality is better over the previous generations. Size is much bigger then the previous, this is about the size of a softball or grapefruit.

Great sound. Size is nice because it’s small. Very easy to use and easy to add apps to it.

We were absolutely amazed at the sound of this echo 4th generation! It was packaged very well and the Total Tech set up was very quick and flawless! It is so easy to use as well. We would recommend this to anyone looking for an easy to use quality sound device. We have 3 echo dots in 3 separate rooms synced to it as well. Again the Total Tech service was exceptional as usual.

My husband loves this home hub. I hear him talking to it all day. He enjoys the myriad of features it comes with. He uses this daily and no longer uses his Apple HomePod. He uses the Echo to control the smart items in our home, such as lights and sockets. Echo places orders on Amazon for him. The sound is premium and has lots of bass.

This was exactly what my husband was loooking for because it has the AUX jacks in the back and the newer models no longer have them. Amazon does not sell this Generation to the U.S. anymore.

The sound is so good. There’s enough bass on this small speaker. Oh, and I just discovered that it also has built in eero wifi extender) if you have eero routers at home, this will extend your network.

The sound is exceptional especially after a few tweaks from my IPhone. The response is much much better than my echo dot 2nd generation. Only complain, I wish the power cord was longer .

I enjoy my echo dot. I have two paired together as speakers and they do great. Love the sound. So far no issues!

Not happy with the Echo Dot? This speaker has a kick! It sounds much better than I thought it would. It also looks really cool with the new design language Amazon adopted. An awesome addition is the Zigbee hub this speaker comes with. I hate clogging up my Wi-Fi with smart lights and other accessories. This speaker makes it easy to control my smart home stuff without getting my router all clogged up.

This sounds great. It has awesome base gets very loud clear sound. I would recommend it to anyone.
