Eh honestly not worth it. Lately every time you try to play music it just doesnt work. It wont let you play specific songs unless you subscribe to their platform, and it CONSTANTLY interrupts the music to talk about their new music service. Yeah it helps and it does what it says but its so annoying with how hard their pushing ads through it. Just get a google home instead. If you happen to own Amazon music already then this will be good for you. Keep in mind it doesnt always listen though lol.

it does what it was intended to do but it started giving way to advertisements and it also became a smart elic. half the time it goes off on its own mind not replying to questions ive asked

Not sure if the unit is defective, this unit has a mind of its own, it doesn't do the command that I ask most of the time. Speaker Sounds good though.

I had for a long time Goggle home, but I decided to try the Echo and this intelligent platform provides new and high quality features that made me change my mind and moved all my smart devices at home to the Amazon Echo. 4 Things that I have enjoyed the most about this intelligent unit: Speaker Sound, the omnidirectional speaker is a great advantage and I can enjoy the music and listen clear while making calls. Very well bass balance and clear voice. Mic and Voice Recognition, very sensitive and so far I have not have any gap or interference during conversations or while making commands. Shape and Look, it looks great in either my bedroom or Living room. Setup, the setup was a breeze, very simple and intuitive. Definitely a way better multi-function device, smart home hub, Music stream, I am very happy with it

Sound not as expected. Ok, but tried adjusting base, treble, midrange to compensate. So glad I didn’t pay full price for this. Reviewin 1 word: Meh.

The sound quality was not good. I returned it and got an Echo Studio Smart Speaker instead. If you are looking for good sound, try the Echo Studio.

I did not find any "premium sound." This Echo is just louder than my Echo Dot 3. That is it. I did not find any reason to pay $100 for this device.

only gave it two stars because i cannot remember but i think this item was never properly used and instead returned. impulse buy

It’s great when it works, every command I got this thing for has some type of bug or just straight up doesn’t work at all. I ask it to turn on my lights and it can’t even figure that out, anytime the lights actually come on Alexa doesn’t stop changing the color until I say stop and at that point I’ll just use my phone.

BestBuy support after the sale SUCKS!!! I had to go through Amazon Technical Support to get help and answers.

Product works as expected... however online purchase experience was not so good, despite there were hundreds of boxes, the picker choose a crushed box and the milenals in charge of the delivery said there was nothing to do, that it was what it was... terrible experience

Had it for about a week or two and all of a sudden it wouldn’t connect to the internet and couldn’t get it to work afterwards. I even reset it and tried setting it up as new and it still didn’t work. I did like it while it was working. Returned product and got money back.
