The Echo was packed tight and well protected. It arrived early. As usual, the Echo is very well built and solid like most of their products. The sound was superb...the sound can fill the room and sound nice and clear with deep smooth bass. I paired with the Sub Bass. It sounded even better. The quality sound can compete with more expensive brand named sound systems. Amazon has done a nice job with this.

This a great product. We have several smart speakers and they all sound great.

already purchased a 3rd edition echo dot. thought i would give this model a try. so far i like it. good sound, easy to work it with either your voice, or by the amazon alexis app. also got it on sale with one of the black friday sales.

We have the old echo dot, and it works very well. However, the Echo (4th Gen) with premium sound is a big step up. The sound quality is much better, and you can adjust the bass and treble levels.

Great sound from a device that offers a lot of functionality for under $100. I have several Echo products throughout my house that I have used to create a whole home audio setup. The days of having to retrofit in ceiling speakers or forking out tons of money for Sonos are coming to an end. Also adding in a smartphone hub furthers the value of this device. It’s a really impressive value. I like the sphere shape too. Looks contemporary and matches my home’s decor quite nicely. Software isn’t perfect and voice control can be hit or miss, but that is more on the backend for all Amazon products, not a knock on this Echo.

Great product. Easily set up straight out of the box. Sleek design that goes nicely with any decor. The speaker puts out incredible sound. Would recommend.

This new version is aptly loaded with better speakers and covers a standard sized living room while minimalistic in appearance.

I'm new to Wi-Fi owning surveillance system for my home ring doorbell two solar cameras I bought from Amazon all working well through my laptop that I bought it Best Buys. Alexa turns on my lights and controls my fire stick whenever I want to ask for a movie that I've already purchased or have been watching. The easiness of use is amazing today's technology ceases to amaze me.

Still have V1 of the echo. Decided to upgrad to this version. Set up was a breeze and she works well with all my smart plugs and security cameras. Sound is much better. I like that you can pair it with another one and use as dual spekers. Overall a good product. V1 is still going strong though.

Got it on sale around the holidays and I’ve been happy ever since. Great sound and looks. Upgraded from an echo dot to this. Fills the entire room with great sound and has a built in hub for smart devices. Very pleased.

Love love love my Echo! I'm having so much fun with Alexa. The Echo connects easily and expands to other devices easily. I feel like a princess sitting here all lazy and not having to get up and adjust settings or search the Internet for information. Great product. I definitely recommend it.

So easy to use! This is my first time using one of these and it was so easy to set up. I love that you can make lists, set timers and alarms, ask question, especially when cooking/baking. Sound quality is great as well.

I can't believe the sound quality of this device. Outstanding! I wanted to replace my old Echo Dot 2 and get rid of my Hue Bridge to simplify my smart home, and this did the trick. I got the Home Hub because it gave me the ability to use Zigbee bulbs so I could remove the Hue Bridge. I was pleasantly surprised by the sound quality. I didn't expect it to be that good. The older Echo 2 I replaced had virtually no bass. Not the case with this. Out of the box, it blows away it's predecessor. Check out the reviews on YouTube. They all rave about this, and I certainly agree.

For a smaller unit (not as small as the echo dot though), this thing BUMPS. Provides excellent bass, looks great, and delivers all around great sound out of a small unit. Highly recommended!

Like these alot wirh subwoofers that are only kinda needed but finish off the sound. We replaced our black speakers in a white bathroom with these that blend in. And they sound great

Echo dots are nice conveniences to have and this current generation doesn’t disappoint. The sound quality has improved with this one from our older echo dots. Plus I like their look.
