He absolutely loves it. The color of the Echo is really nice and it's easy to set up. Link it with bluetooth Multlicolored light bulb and you don't have to ever worry about getting up to shut off the light or walking around a dark room. With 1 command Alexa turns it on or off.

Improved sound and more capabilities

The unit does the job, and more, Voice assistant, amazon music, apple music, spotify, SiriusXM and phone calls. I like it!

Echo Dot 4th Gen

It has great sound and Alexa ha been very helpful to me. I can get the weather and I have her play sleep sounds. I have been sleeping so good with the sounds. She was easy to setup. She has good speaker quality. I haven't hooked any smart devices up yet for personal reasons, but that is next on my list of things to do.

Original Dot to Show = No Contest

I use it in my living room where we used to have an original dot. The difference in sound (specifically when we play music) is night and day. When it’s paired with the show 8 in my kitchen they become a great little multi room audio system for the same price as 1 speaker cost from other multi room audio companies. Very pleased with it.
