Multipurpose talking device just like Alexa

She enjoys it a lot has multiple purposes; she uses it as an alarm to wake up in the morning or to just ask questions about the weather or to play a song. Recommend it.

For whatever reason they are not compatible. I had the Geek Squad come over to hook it up but they were unsuccessful. It could not turn the TV on or off. It also could not go to different channels or apps. Big disappointment.

If you are wanting to control your TV and smart home devices, you may want to consider the Fire TV Cube instead of the Echo 4th Gen. Most Samsung TVs are compatible with Alexa, but some have it already built in. Without knowing the TV model number, we are unsure, but we would love to help you further. It is nestled nicely in the corner of bookcase and does not stand out like a sore thumb. It comes back with results and responses rather quickly and is a great fit for my place.
