The speaker in my old eco dot started to break up when playing music, this one sounds great!

Product was easy to setup, sound is excellent, fits into decor discreetly. Alexa is a good companion for someone having to spend some time alone. Very happy with the purchase.

I like the improved form factor with this newer model. Good sound quality too. I preferred the black due to my white echos have tended to show dirt very easily.

I love the premium sound, it’s definitely better than the smaller echo dot. The only issue I’ve encountered is that occasionally the sound becomes muffled and the only fix to correct it that I’m aware of, is to simply unplug it for a few seconds and plug back in. Minus 1 star for the inconvenience, the non matching cord color, and the size of the adapter.

This is something I absolutely had no idea that I needed. It has been phenomenal for me so far. I’m already considering buying the Verizon with the clock on it. I would highly recommend this product!

Love it! honestly I prefer the smaller one there is not much of a difference but I use this one at work and it works great

I’ve never owned any Alexa product & was unsure if I could set it up by myself properly. It was so easy to set up & is just awesome. The sound is amazing!! I love it & recommend it.

This is my fourth Echo, starting with the first generation. The sound has improved with each generation. I've paired two in stereo. Music sounds great.

I purchased this for my garage for music primarily and the hands free convenience is fantastic. Already thinking, who wouldn't want one of these?

These Echo devices are really nice, sound great and are a great complement to any home. However, I much prefer the cylindrical bodies of the previous generations. The circular form factor just takes up too much space on an end table. If it weren't for that one issue it would get 5 stars so if that's not important to you, consider this a 5 star review.
