I connected it to my tidal account. She can now listen to Peruvian music from when she was a teenager in Peru just by talking to alexa, the speakers are super loud. We love this product

It looks good and was easy to set up. However, the reviews that mention the difficulty it has "hearing" are correct. I sit about two feet from it and I have to repeat the wake work several times. And this is with no ambient sound in the room. I have to turn off or pause my TV when I need to speak to the Echo. A bit disappointing for a newer model. I feel like I should have stayed with the older model.
