    I had the 1rst gen one when it first came out. I think she got tired of me talking to her so I'm regifting her to a family member and upgraded to this one. She's excellent. She hears me talking to her the 1rst time so I don't have to repeat myself and her sound quality is phenomenal. She rocks.

    I really love this speaker although it coukd be a little louder. I'm able to control most of the appliances and devices in my house via Alixa.

    Sound is just OK. Alexa often has trouble interpreting what I am asking Echo to do, which is frustrating. I wasn't willing to purchase anything really good for the bathroom, so I guess I got what I paid for. It is doing what I needed it to do.

    Excellent item but Alexas voice is a bit muffled compared to our older dot which has a crisp "in the room" voice. All in all a good value.
